They have made both myself and my child feel well cared for by all staff from admin to the class care staff. Helping to work with us and make a smooth transition to start and continue here. Working with us for the best outcome and comfort. I have felt we have both been support as the team have gone above and beyond to make sure we feel happy, supported and confident. My child comes home happy and improved in their abilities with the strong developmental encouragement they offer and the positive environment and care given.

Our son started at Goodstart Belair when he was only a few months old and is now 4. We cannot thank the educators enough for the amazing care that they have provided. The Educators are kind, caring, passionate and always create beautiful planned experiences. Just as importantly, the educators truly made us feel like family. Big thanks to Silky, Sharon, Anya and Sonika for their support. We would highly recommend this daycare as a great place for your child. Thank you Goodstart Belair!

Silky, Chandani and the team at Goodstart Belair have been absolutely AMAZING for my child’s development over the last 12 months. If you could see my child’s confidence, social skills and academics grow during his time at Goodstart, that would be evidence enough of this amazing centre. Alas, I am limited to a Google review. The team has been absolutely pivotal in supporting my child during two major life events (moving cities and welcoming a new baby to the family). It often feels as if the team has two jobs – supporting our child and supporting us as first-time parents! We truly would be lost without the team’s guidance and support. To name a few reasons we chose (and continue to stay at) Goodstart Belair: - Staff quality and retention: One of our first questions on any tour was how long staff have been with the centre. At Goodstart, our child’s primary educator has been in the role for over 10 years which speaks to the quality of the centre and guaranteed continuity for my child. We couldn’t find this level of retention at other centres in the area. The staff have been wonderful at encouraging my child’s special interests. Their observations and feedback are always 100% spot on, reflecting individual care and attention. My child was carefully supported in his transition from the nursery to the toddler room with supported visits and staggering exposure to known/new educators. - Management: It feels as if centre’s director knows my child as well as his educators. Silky is always on top of changes in my child’s development will often engage with me directly with valuable advice from treating nappy rash to welcoming a new sibling to the family. - Multiculturalism: As evidenced by the welcoming signs in different languages to the diversity of the staff and children, of the two major providers in the area, Goodstart Belair has the edge on celebrating and encouraging multiculturalism. The children participate in a range of cultural holidays. This was particularly important to us as a multifaith/culture household. - Community: As a new family moving from interstate we felt very welcome into the Belair community by Silky and the team. We go to the team for questions on local schools, activities and they even helped us connect with other parents to celebrate our child’s birthday.
