Our service provided services to this child care centre and submitted an invoice in Nov 2024. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from their team that payment would be processed, the invoice remains unpaid over seven months. The director who sent the job to us has been resired. We have been advised by the current centre director that the company has gone into liquidations. Therefore, they are unsure about their billing process and we have to wait from the resposne from the head office. I urge potential partners/ tradies to consider this before engaging with this child care centre tor work. It’s crucial for the business to uphold their financial commitment.
