Today, while visiting with my daughter, she was scratched on the cheek by another child and was distressed. I understand that accidents happen between toddlers, but despite the educators witnessing the incident, no one came over to comfort her or intervene to teach the other child that such behavior is unacceptable. We had to take our daughter to a GP afterward and have started using specialized scar treatment gel. From my observation, several other children in the room also had visible red scratches on their faces, which suggests this is a recurring issue. Furthermore, the outdoor hygiene is concerning. The floor was covered in sand, making it incredibly slippery. I saw two children almost lose their footing and fall. To be fair, I have seen the educators showing warm smiles at times. However, I hope this feedback helps the center improve its supervision and safety standards for the sake of all children.
