Erko Family Daycare

Anneli is an early childhood teacher with many years of experience in early childhood education. She has worked with non-profit and local council long daycare services for over 15 years. Anneli also has experience working with children in early intervention and education in home-based care.

The focus of her family daycare program is hands on, child-led exploration, investigation and functional skill development. Anneli has a passion for music and nature pedagogy. These form a large part of her daily routine with the children in her care.

At Erko Family Daycare, you will find the children interacting with guinea pigs and bunny rabbits, and exploring the garden and sustainable living through composting and picking herbs. Anneli has facilitated early childhood music classes for many years with children during her daily program.

Anneli’s connections to the local community include performing in bands on the weekends around the inner west.
