I have lived behind this daycare since it opened. I would never wish to send my kids to this. I hear dance music cranked up to full volume so the entire street can hear and allowing kids to be left screaming for hours is just a joke. I wouldn’t be sending my kids here.
Response from the owner6 months agoGood Morning, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We genuinely appreciate feedback from our community, as it helps us improve our services and create a nurturing environment for our children. We understand that living near a daycare can sometimes lead to challenges, particularly regarding noise levels. Please know that we have taken your feedback seriously and have instructed our staff to monitor music volume and ensure that it remains respectful to our neighbours. Our goal is to create a joyful atmosphere for the children while being considerate of our community. Regarding the children’s outdoor activities, our children's outdoor play is now from 7am. We aim to provide a balanced environment that supports the children’s development while respecting the comfort of our neighbours. We are always open to dialogue and constructive feedback. If you would like to discuss your concerns further, please feel free to reach out to Tayah Ezzy, the Palm Beach Centre Manager on (07) 5551 6790. Your insights are valuable to us, and we hope to work together to foster a positive relationship with the community. Thank you for your understanding.
