About Eden Academy Huntfield Heights

Catering to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, Eden Academy Huntfield Heights offers a community where children can thrive together. Surrounded by nurturing and caring educators, the children are empowered to develop their unique interests, strengths and personalities. They follow a play-based learning approach and benefit from a focus on wellbeing and social skills, which they will carry with them throughout their lives.

The outdoor play space is where the children can run and play freely, exploring the different corners of the yard. There is a large fort, winding bike track, covered sandpit, swings and other fun activities to explore. There is also ample shade and a covered area to allow for all-weather and sun safe play.

The indoor rooms are light, bright and calming, with an open design that’s adaptable to the daily needs of the children. The rooms are beautifully decorated and contain a variety of resources to engage the children in their learning and development.

Located in a leafy street next door to Huntfield Heights Hub, the centre is easy to access with parking also available on site. Why not book a tour of this welcoming and fun centre today?

Review My niece seemed to extremely enjoy the first few times here she smiled everytime on her way to drop off and was laughing everytime she was picked up from there! Aside from the staff taking a significantly smaller amount of photos of her than the other parents this daycare seemed like the perfect fit even close to home. But this last time has left my sister and the rest of the family feeling heartbroken and let down. My sister arrived early to pick her up after being told she wasn’t eating, sleeping and had been crying the entire time, she arrived to find her 8month old daughter facing a mirror in the corner on the opposite side of the room separated from every staff member and child there. She had food on her face disproving any claim the staff made that she wasn’t eating and for the first time since she had been there she made a small whimper when her mum picked her up and didn’t even look at the staff and cuddled into her mums shoulder. Looking for a hopefully safer place now where she can also still get her socialising in for the day without being excluded, everyone there seemed to be doing an amazing job she was smiley and happy at first but this last visit has left us all feeling concerned and in tears for my niece. Looking back at all 4 of the photos they took of her, her entire time there, makes us feel worse for her now then if we didn’t. All of them are taken from behind with none showing her face and only two have a child in the picture with her leaving us all to wonder if she was being secluded from day one but on a lower level than her last time there. I genuinely hope no other parent ever has this experience it hurts so much to see and wish good luck to anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming space for their children, we all want our children to be included and more importantly happy and safe.
