Sending your precious daughter to early learning for the first time can be incredibly anxiety-inducing. As parents, you naturally worry about whether she will feel safe, supported, and cared for while you’re not there. Walking into Eden Academy for the first time, we carried all of those normal fears and uncertainties with us. What we have experienced since has absolutely blown us away. From the very beginning, Kelly, the Centre Manager, has been nothing short of exceptional. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for the children in her care are evident the moment you walk through the door. Kelly leads the centre with such care and pride, and it clearly flows through the entire team and environment she has created. A very special mention must also go to Meg and Louise, who have been incredible educators for our daughter. Their patience, kindness, and genuine love for the children make such a difference. They create such a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where our daughter is clearly thriving. What has also stood out to us is that this care isn’t limited to just a few individuals — every staff member in the room has been wonderful. Every educator we have encountered has shown warmth, attentiveness, and a genuine interest in the children. It’s clear that the whole team works together to create a supportive and positive environment. What once felt like a daunting step for us as parents has turned into something we are now incredibly grateful for. Knowing our daughter is surrounded by such caring, dedicated, and passionate educators gives us complete peace of mind.
