Donvale Early Learning Centre

We have been a part of Donvale Early Learning Centre for a year now, and as a former early childhood educator from Hong Kong, I am extremely satisfied with the centre. If I were to offer any suggestions for improvement, I would appreciate receiving daily activity updates. Before joining this wonderful community, we had enrolled in several other centres, but this one is the only one that has truly satisfied our entire family. My daughter loves attending so much that when I tried to pick her up early, she asked me to come back later. The teachers are incredibly attentive and offer great support to parents. The activities provided are diverse and enriching, including Oriental dance , African drumming, nursing home visits, bish kinder and regular activities like cooking with chef Sherry, Sport 4 Kinder, Musical Mind, and soccer, etc.The centre also maintains a great balance between outdoor and indoor activities, ensuring that the children get the right amount of both. My daughter has learned Mandarin, Indigenous cultures, healthy habits, astronomy, geography, and more. She even surprises me by teaching me how to look for Venus in the sky, which is quite extraordinary for a 4-year-old. At her recent graduation ceremony, the children sang the national anthem and performed two other songs, which was a truly touching and proud moment. The graduation photos were also professionally taken and beautifully done. I am deeply grateful to all the teachers for their care, love, and patience. I always recommend Donvale Early Learning Centre to my friends when they move to the area. Lastly, I would like to once again sincerely thank every member of the Donvale ELC staff for their dedication and hard work. To extend a special thank you to the wonderful teachers in the Green Room—Gloria, Karen, and Anna—and to the exceptional educators in the Purple Room—Jenny, Yumi, Irene, Weiner, and Lucy.
