Cranbourne One Early Education Group

I am very satisfied with the care and overall service provided by this daycare. My son is happy there, and Danny, the director, does an excellent job managing the center. The staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about the children. That said, I am not giving 5 stars due to the fee policy during public holidays. Being charged the full fee when the center is closed for public holidays is disappointing. I believe the center should consider offering make-up days, a reduced fee, or some form of compensation during holiday periods. Overall, it is a good daycare with strong leadership, but there is room for improvement in how holiday fees are handled.
