What can I say, from the very first visit Karen was so extremely welcoming. She genuinely cares about the kids and parents as well as staff and it shows! My kids never had anything lost or missing, they were always well looked after and most importantly LOVED and felt safe at all times. The owners actually come in and work they get to know you by name and are genuinely invested in who you are as a family not just because you pay fees. I am extremely grateful for the time we spent at connections. I still miss the centre to this day. It really is one of a kind. HIGHLY recommend
