About Compass Early Learning Centre
Compass is an early learning centre that inspires wonder in children, creating a lifelong love of learning. A place they love to be and a place they feel at home. A place they can explore new worlds, discover new things, and grow to their fullest potential.
OUR STAFF
All of our staff are fully qualified and experienced. But even more than that, they are passionate about growing children to their fullest potential. Many of our staff have children Compass, live local and live & breathe this community.
OUR FACILITIES
Our facilities at Compass are quite simply the best of the best. Our awesome nature playground was purpose built to cater for a play-based curriculum. The connection between indoor and outdoor is evident in every room with a lots of glass windows and visibility so children can see the world around them. Every room, including the alfresco dining area, was designed to support our philosophy to inspire wonder in children.

My daughter has just graduated the kindy program after spending the past 3 years at compass. My son has been attending the past 2 years and will also hopefully enroll into the kindy program sometime in the new year. All staff in Nyarnyee, Maali, Kalari and kindy room are absolutely phenomenal! My children feel so very comfortable there and it’s like a home away from home, most days it’s a battle to get them to come home! Everyday fresh and healthy meals are cooked by a wonderful in house chef and the admin/support staff are always readily available to assist. It is a very bittersweet moment for my daughter having her last day in the very near future, but forever thankful for her time at compass and all her educators 🫶🏻

We love it here. So happy with this daycare. All of the staff are lovely and so welcoming. As soon as you walk into compass the vibe and set up is instant welcoming. We moved to compass this year from a previous daycare and my 2 year old son Alfie settled instantly. He loves his educators Benji, Sam & Ella. They have made him feel so welcomed and cared for. I love to see they are very caring and nurturing he just walks straight in so happy to be there and with his friends, you would think he has been there for years! I was extremely anxious for my baby to start daycare he is very attached to me he won’t even go to other family members or friends, I found it extremely hard to return to work and for him to start daycare. I honestly couldn’t have done it without Sarah and Sophie! They have been absolutely fantastic! Very patient, nurturing, caring, connected with Arran and my family and very supportive with Arran and me while we adjusted to this big change. He has settled so well now! I can’t believe the difference in him, we have gone from him having stress rashes to straight in for cuddles and plays. I fell completely comfortable leaving Arran there for the day which is a massive turn around for us. It honestly wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for Sarah and Sophie. Fran the chief has been amazing! My baby has a few allergies and her attention to detail has been fantastic she has made me feel confident knowing she is all over it plus we love to see her cooking away in the morning. Alison and Karen have been so welcoming answering all of my questions and helping us as a family to settle in to compass! I couldn’t recommend this daycare enough! ❤️
