Our family has been incredibly fortunate to have placed our children in the care of Climbing Ladders Stanhope Gardens for the past year. Looking back, we are overwhelmingly satisfied with the exceptional care and the loving environment they provide. Every morning we are greeted with smiles and friendly hellos, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Miss Rose, the manager, has a special talent for making our children feel special with her warm hugs and genuine affection. Beyond the warm welcome, the staff at Climbing Ladders demonstrate a remarkable level of care and attention to the individual needs of our children. They are incredibly observant, noticing even the slightest changes in their growth or well-being. This proactive approach ensures that we are always informed and involved in our children's development. We also greatly appreciate the emphasis placed on celebrating both festivals and significant milestones in our children's lives. These celebrations, whether it's a birthday party or a big festival or a graduation ceremony, create treasured memories for both our children and us as parents.
