About C&K Oaks Beach Community Kindergarten
At our kindy, your child will feel safe, make friends and belong. We have an open natural learning environment where the children explore, investigate, and extend their learning.
Our experienced and passionate educators foster close relationships with families, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment. They focus on nurturing your child's curiosity, building their resilience and developing their confidence - all through the joy of learning through play. We operate during QLD school terms and are closed for school holidays, public holidays and some pupil free days.
Kindy is FREE for eligible-age children (those turning 4 by 30 June, in the year they attend kindy) for 15 hours per week for 40 weeks (up to a maximum of 600 hours a year).

My daughter completed 6 months of kindy here & words cannot express what an incredibly warm, welcoming & genuinely caring kindy this is. The kindy is on the beach, next to a paddock with possums and kangaroos as visitors, and the outdoor play area provides all the space the kids will ever need! Bec, Marylou & Margaret were like family, providing the perfect balance of play, learning & structure and we treasure our time and memories spent there. Bec's genuine passion for early childhood is evident and our transition statement to school was written so thoughtfully & reflected her true understanding of our daughter. We wish every child had a kindy experience as magical as this.

Wow - there aren’t enough praising words in the dictionary to express my happiness with this Kindy. My little boy thrived so much, coming home with new learnings everyday. The most incredible family feel we’ve ever had at a Kindy (and we’ve been to a few!). So much outdoor play in their beautiful big garden and regular updates through Storypark. So devastated to leave our little Oaks family but excited for my boy to take these learnings to “big boy school” in England. Thank you to our Oaks family - you will be heavily missed! X
