Chapter One Willagee is a beautifully clean with daycare with kind and caring staff. The environment is warm and welcoming, and the little ones receive plenty of cuddles throughout the day. Of course, it was not an easy ride for my little one in the beginning days, but, the warm staffs try to work out different approaches to make it smooth and helping the transition. There is an open bilateral communication which is really a peace as a parent. Sharon is especially lovely and makes the kids feel safe and loved. It such a great sight for me to see when I see my little one get 1:1 at times in office involved in activities as a great diversion They have a no sickness policy, which gives peace of mind to parents about kids not getting ill much often. Morning music sessions with Pili are a highlight—kids get so vibrant and happy with the fun tunes and rhythm! Staffs are very warm. There’s great support and encouragement for every child’s development. No pressure around toilet training either—they gently guide and encourage kids at their own pace. Nahla, the dog, is an incredible addition and brings so much joy .

I am a huge fan of Chapter One for a multitude of reasons besides caring for the babies with all the snuggles and attention they need! The daycare’s location is easily accessible from several routes so I am never worried about drop offs or pick ups. The carpark is spacious and there is loads of easy parking across the road by the park (which I’ve never had to use!) Facility is secure not only for babies and children staying in, but also from non authorised people from entering. Utilises technology appropriately - app for parents to track financial, social, and daily activities and logs such as feeding, sleep, nappy changes - but I never see the staff on screens around the children! School bag, hat, and the optional school uniform (that my baby wears every day!) are a godsend against decision fatigue and really help staying organised. Healthy and delicious food, catering to family preferences as well as children’s allergies is cooked on premises, served to children with the highest attention to hygiene and food safety, and in a social family-daycare setting. Seeing all the babies sitting together, smiling and eating at the table never gets old! Knowing my baby is trying new foods, all while some of the pressure is taken off me as a working mum is priceless! Nap room is obviously set up well as my baby naps far better at daycare than at home! 🤣 Rain sounds, sleep sacks, and loving cuddles for bubs that need some extra rocking to get down are all provided, as well as nappies (yet another thing to not worry about packing each day!) Chapter one is bright, beautiful, so clean, and organised, with excellent policies and management. I am really impressed with the leadership, staff, and facilities. Sharon is approachable and takes time to check in, follows up on even the smallest concern (and parents leaving babies for the first time are bound to have a few!) and runs an excellent service that is like leaving my baby with family. 💜
