Reviews for Canopy Early Education Ormiston

As someone working in the allied health sector and as a caregiver of a child attending Canopy Early Education in Ormiston, I wanted to share my recent experience. I had read some previous reviews before engaging with Canopy, but our experience has been very positive. The team at Canopy have been incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and proactive in their support. I have appreciated the way they go above and beyond to ensure the food is suitable, to provide activities children enjoy, and to ask thoughtful questions so they can really get to know each child and cater to their needs. The educators are friendly, collaborative, and genuinely focused on creating a positive environment for the children in their care. Communication with the team has been excellent, and they have always been open and supportive. Bri (the Centre Manager) has been incredible from the moment I first contacted Canopy. It is clear that she takes great care in nurturing relationships with both the children and their families and wants the best for her team and the children in their care. She has been so accommodating and is always friendly and responsive. I was fortunate to meet Jessie (Area Manager), who is clearly committed to developing and delivering a service that exceeds the standards in childcare. She was warm, approachable, and nothing was too much trouble. It was clear she genuinely cares about the experience of both the children and their families. Victoria is a wonderful educator and clearly dedicated to ensuring everyone in her room feels safe, included, and cared for. Her experience supporting children with diverse needs was evident from our first interaction, and her genuine care for the children was clear from the outset. Every staff member I have interacted with so far has been warm and welcoming. The smaller class sizes are also a real strength of the centre, as they allow educators to build meaningful relationships with the children and respond to their individual needs. It’s clear that the current management and staff are working hard to build a strong, supportive culture within Canopy, and this is reflected in the care and attention shown to the children and families each day. We’ve had a very positive experience so far, and I appreciate the effort the team puts into supporting the children and families in their care.

Bri, Victoria, Jessie and the team will be so grateful to hear your feedback.
