We had many issues with this service and would not recommend. Had 2 serious incidents with only 1 being reported to ECRU. Ipads are used way to often. Some staff were passionate and cared but most were yelling at children even if parents were present.

hi Alex, and thank you for your feedback. The safety and wellbeing of every child in our care is non-negotiable at Busy Bees. Following the incident you’ve referenced, the appropriate notification was made to the relevant regulatory authority and our action was swift, implementing additional training practices as part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement. iPads at our centre are a safety tool, used for compliance requirements, head counts and documenting children’s learning and daily routines, they're not used in place of active supervision so it's likely guardians and parents have seen this periodically.
