Busy Bees at New Lambton

Unfortunately, our experience was not very positive overall. Communication from the educators was extremely limited, and we rarely received photos, updates, or any meaningful information about how our daughter’s day was going. As parents, it felt like we were simply dropping her off every day without having any idea about her activities, learning, eating, sleeping, or overall wellbeing throughout the day. Whenever we asked for daily updates, many educators themselves seemed unsure or unable to provide proper information. Another concern was the constant change of staff in the classroom — almost every second day there seemed to be a new part-time educator present, which made it difficult to build consistency, trust, and familiarity for both children and parents. The reason we are giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the centre did accommodate us and extended our childcare arrangement for an additional 2 months after our relocation plans unexpectedly changed at eleventh hour, which we genuinely appreciated. However, overall, we strongly feel there is significant room for improvement in communication, parent engagement, and classroom consistency.
