Busy Bees at Bellmere

After a not so great experience at another daycare facility we decided to move our son to Busy Bees at Bellmere. We chose Busy Bees based on the great word of mouth feedback and online reviews. From the moment I walked in feeling nervous and anxious I was greeted by Sydney (the Centre Manager) who is the most delightful person I have met, who guided me through everything. We have been with Busy Bees for over a year and a half now and could not be happier. Sydney is there every morning with a smile on her face, greeting us when we walk through the door. All the staff actually want to be there and display friendliness are always approachable and make you feel at ease when dropping off your child. My son gets disappointed on weekends when he does t need to go because he has made such a connection with all staff and other children. The communication is second to none, we receive updates, photos and stories regularly. Specifically my son loves finding bugs in the dedicated outside play area, I was over the moon that Busy Bees arranged for a reptile show for all children because of some of the children’s interest in this. I cannot commend Sydney and all her dedicated staff enough on how well they run Busy Bees, we only wish we could’ve joined sooner. Thanks for being so friendly, available and supportive.
