Bringelly Child Care Centre

I had a bad feeling about this centre and my gut instinct was right. I enrolled my 2yo son however he never started at this centre due to personal reasons, Rania told me “we don’t give out refunds but I will give you a refund”. At this point she had told me it would take 3 weeks to receive this refund. It’s been roughly 2 months, my initial payment made was $300 and will now be receiving back $200. When? I don’t even think she knows and I don’t think she cares. I paid with a card, you’d think my refund would be paid back to my card. After a few calls and web enquiries on their website (which they never responded to) asking about the status of my refund, I have now been told I never got my refund because I never gave my bank account details… because it’s somehow my fault that I didn’t read their minds and give them these details to generate my refund Rania is generously giving back. “We’ve attempted to contact you heaps of times to get your BSB and account number” says Rania. What a load of crap!!!! I’m a stay at home mum, my phone is on me 24/7. I never got a call, never got an email. When asked if she could tell me the information she has on file that she’s used to contact me on, she apparently couldn’t answer this because her accounts girl wasn’t available - since enrolling, I haven’t changed details. Honestly, save yourself the headache, don’t send your child(ren) here!!!! They’re liars!!!
