The first week of my child going there was great and then ever since I’ve had problems after problems the staff don’t listen they do whatever they want, Time and time again I had to constantly repeat myself as no one was listening to myself and the routine I wanted for my child, there was times where even asked not to they rocked my child to sleep, hold him in their arms while he slept, left him asleep in the bouncer, there was many times I would pick him up and he would be screaming, I asked if he could not be fed after a certain time due to dinner wouldn’t be far off and I wanted him to get his dinner they never listened, I wanted his shoes on when outside they said to me once they came off they weren’t putting them back on him, I was triple over charged and when put a complaint in I felt like I was getting blown off. There’s was just so many other things that happened I’d never recommend this centre to anyone please don’t make the same mistake I did and wait so long before moving your child if there is a issues and it’s not getting resolved
