We previously had two boys enrolled at a larger, well-known childcare centre. While our older son thrived, our younger son, who has a diagnosed speech delay, was really struggling and often felt unheard. So after the older brother graduated, we looked to change. After a random recommendation, we found BKLA, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From day one, the difference was clear. The educators are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to each child as an individual. Our son didn’t just feel included; he found his tribe. The growth we saw in his confidence, communication, and overall happiness was remarkable. He felt safe, supported, and truly understood, which made all the difference for him. He made genuine friendships and learned so much. Saying goodbye on his last day (graduation) was one of the hardest moments for us because BKLA had become such a special place in our lives. We hope his spot now allows another child to experience the same care, connection, and sense of belonging.
