I was shocked by the food provided for my child; it reminded me of what one might find in an orphanage. The teachers appeared worn out, and the big one in particular seemed to rule over the children like a queen. By the end of the first day, I realized it was a mistake to bring my child here. My child caught a cold and fell ill after being called a monster on her first day at the center, as she did not understand much English at that time. Consequently, we had to take sick leave for the next two weeks and ended up paying the full fees without receiving any Child Care Subsidy (CCS), despite having made her attend the center very reluctantly on the last day. Now, my child trembles every time we pass by the center because of this experience.
