- RUDE RECEPTION STAFF - LACK OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS/ not passing the right information to the families. - MONEY MAKING ORGANISATION -Kids getting dehydrated, water bottle untouched Not much meal options , some staff forcing to eat whatever is cooked. We had a very bad experience at cobble bank Aspire child care centre. We put our child on a casual days, only 2 days in a week. In 4 weeks we realised we made a mistake and chose wrong place for your child. The lady sitting at the front desk name RAJ has a very high attitude. She only provides half of the Information to the families how the child care subsidy works. She is very rude and said to us you need to check the enrolment packages and head office emails. If she cannot explain the right information she does not deserve to sit at the front desk. She thinks she is born with English skills . She mistreats people with low English skills. She stated to my husband they are not allowed to talk in any language when he asked her to explain something in Punjabi. I phoned in Aspire Head office to check if there is any law for staff to talk in only English and they cannot interpret into other language. We got information there is no any law, families needs to explain if they can better interpret in their native language for better understanding. In Australia people with different backgrounds have a right to ask for interpreter if they cannot speak or understand English, then what she think of herself. Also, They enrolled our child info room 5 visionary room. When they were short staffed they used to sending him to different room with small age group children. They were not equally treating him to the regular children. One day during pick up I noticed he was standing in the corner and all other children were sleeping . There were 3 educators in the room, 2 were talking to each other and one was sitting in the middle of the room on the floor and having her lunch in the middle of the sleeping children, and my child was standing in the corner and looking at the wall. No one even bothered to engage him to any activity or tried to spend time with him. One day during pick up , one teacher was forcing him to eat a bread in the same room with all other children were sleeping under 3 age group room.He did not go to sleep. Why they did not think of sending him to other children who were awake in other room and playing in a group. How can a one child eat in the middle of other children sleeping on floor with no activity, no toys to play and educator sitting at the head. Most of the time his water bottle is not even touched for a single sip of water. Of course they know how to collect money from the number of children families but they don’t know how ro manage that number of children, and they don’t have time to give their bottles to drink water. After that, We realised he gets so very sad when he is put in the different room with small group age children due to his feeling uncomfortable. It was our first experience in a child care which was very disappointing and disgusting.
