Adventurous Me Family Daycare

Welcome to Adventurous Me Family Daycare.   

I'm Tempany and I am the face behind Adventurous Me. I am a Diploma qualified Early Childhood Educator with 13 years of experience in the Long Day Care Sector having started as a trainee and worked my way through many roles, most recently finishing 4 years in a Director role.   

I am extremely passionate about education for children and families, inclusion, and supporting children’s autonomy and curiosity through play. Play is what we do best at Adventurous Me, whether with nature, with mess, or with risk. I am present to support and foster that learning. I am passionate about exposing children to the community and giving experiences for children to learn real-life skills, and I do this by providing weekly excursions to places like Curious Me, The Library, Parks, and even Woolworths or Coles. I am registered with Rainbow Bridge Family Day Care Scheme- QLD and am Child Care Subsidy Approved for eligible families. I currently provide Education and Care Monday to Friday and my operational hours are subject to the needs of my families. I am an all-inclusive service that provides meals from breakfast through to afternoon tea, and I can cater to alternate dietary requirements. Your child will receive a hat upon enrolment. I also supply sunscreen, wipes, nappies, and bedding used for your child’s rest period.
